The Otedola Bridge catastrophe: Frsc says fire burnt 9 Lives beyond recognition

The Lagos commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission FRSC, Hyginus Omeje, says nine persons were burnt beyong recognition in the petrol tanker explosion that occured at Otedola bridge in Lagos this evening.
He said 54 vehicles were also burnt in the inferno and that efforts to remove the damaged vehicles to open up the road is still ongoing.

Pdp adamant, Apc planning one party state

Abuja - The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has stood by its statement that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is plotting to impose a one-party system in the country. Richard Ihediwa, Special Assistant to the National Publicity Secretary, said they are aware of plot by the APC in the past few weeks in luring and encouraging some members of PDP to issue derogatory statements against the leadership of the party. “We are aware that as part of the plot, the APC in the past few weeks, has been luring and encouraging some of our members to issue derogatory statements against the leadership of our party.
