Try these daily tips that will help your family take a step-by-step approach to eating healthy. Make it fun for kids to try new  fruits and vegetables .  Let them pick out a new fruit or vegetable in the grocery store each week, and figure out together how to cook or prepare it in a healthy way. Whole grains are a good option! Choose  whole-grain foods , such as whole-wheat bread, rye bread, brown rice, popcorn, oatmeal and whole-grain cereal. Some  fats  are better for you than others.  Use  liquid vegetable oils  such as canola, corn, olive, safflower, sesame and sunflower oils in place of butter and solid fats whenever possible. Help your children develop healthy habits early in life that will bring lifelong benefits.  Be a good role model, make it fun, and involve the whole family in lifestyle changes. Instagram Stories now lets its 400M users add soundtracks

The right music can make a boring photo or video epic, so  Instagram  is equipping users with a way to add popular songs to their Stories. Thanks to Facebook’s recent deals with record labels, users will be able to choose from thousands of songs from artists including Bruno Mars, Dua Lipa, Calvin Harris and Guns N’ Roses. The launch could make Instagram Stories more fun to post and watch in a way that copyrights won’t allow on Snapchat, while giving the app a way to compete with tween favorite Musical.ly. And just a week after revealing its app has  1 billion monthly users , the company also announced today that Instagram Stories has 400 million daily users, up from 300 million in November and 250 million a year ago. Pushing your limits: If you have ever found yourself holding back on something you really wanted to do, you are familiar with self-limitation. Limitations can serve us in some ways, like reminding us that we don’t have the ability to fly off a roof and land safely on our feet; and they can confine us in other ways, by creating doubt and fear about our ability to create more fulfilling circumstances. Luckily, most of our self-limitations are easily identified as helpful or harmful; we need only spend some time examining them and decide which we want to keep and which we want to discard. Take a moment to think about your own perceived limitations. What do you believe you can’t do yet? What do you believe you’ll NEVER be able to do? Why do you think so? If these concepts seem vague and you’re not sure what your own perceived limitations are, take some time to write them down. The Otedola Bridge catastrophe: Frsc says fire burnt 9 Lives beyond recognition

The Lagos commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission FRSC, Hyginus Omeje, says nine persons were burnt beyong recognition in the petrol tanker explosion that occured at Otedola bridge in Lagos this evening. He said 54 vehicles were also burnt in the inferno and that efforts to remove the damaged vehicles to open up the road is still ongoing.  Please Pray for Nigeria it has not Been an easy week.
